Oggi facciamo un esame del mondo dei social network, con occhio economico. Ovvero, andiamo a guardare insieme qualche linea guida chiave sul come fare delle inserzioni sui social media in generale che sembrano essere i primi strumenti di movimentazione dell’economia del XXI secolo.
Le aziende, sfruttano principalmente i canali messi a disposizione dai social network professionali come Viadeo ad esempio. Tra le sue features, troviamo il founding del B2C, ma anche del B2B. Abbiamo poi la possibilità di utilizzare le News Room, le Smart News, di contattare i Blogger Influencer e le Corporate Hub.

Gli italiani in particolare, sono sempre più legati nell’ultimo periodo a strumenti come Viadeo e LinkedIn, seppur Facebook e Twitter hanno il maggior flusso di utenza. In questo caso, il social marketing, legato a proposte di Marketing Mix, diventa veramente una opportunità molto forte per le Aziende.

Dobbiamo partire dal presupposto che stiamo lavorando con 16 milioni di potenziali clienti. La diffusione di questi utenti sui social network, permette un continuo interfacciamento con gli impiegati degli uffici delle aziende, oltre che con interi staff. Nello specifico, quando si va a lavorare sui social network si possono tenere in considerazione aspetti chiave di soddisfazione dell’utenza. Interessante valutare le parole del CEO di Viadeo, Dan Serfaty che ha dichiarato:

“Viadeo continuerà a investire sulle applicazioni mobile e sulla geolocalizzazione della propria offerta, realizzando applicazioni efficienti e utili, e adattando la piattaforma alle esigenze delle diverse realtà locali”.

Sempre più potenzialità di Social Advertising, poi, vengono messe a disposizione di Aziende che vogliono veicolare la propria offerta attraverso canali dedicati per raggiungere un determinato target. Le pagine, una serie di persone che girano intorno ai propri prodotti, fanno si che l’utilizzo del social advertising sia la possibilità per intraprendere un dialogo bilaterale con le aziende di diversi settori, oltre che con gli utenti sempre più esigenti. Questo porta ad una professionalizzazione sicuramente legata all’aumento delle vendite.
