Scatta l’allarme clone-Vip su Facebook, ed a dar voce a questo problema è Carlo Verdone. Infatti, con molta semplicità conoscendo la data di nascita, il nome ed il cognome, è possibile aprire un profilo falso spacciandosi per quella persona.
A cadere in questa trappola sono gli utenti spesso poco esperti che si fidano di questi “fake” cadendo in trappole di poco gusto. Quando gli amici cominciano ad aumentare però, e si aggiungono a questi i parenti dei VIP, si giunge al punto che il fake viene scoperto. Tantissimi sono i falsi su Facebook a partire proprio da Carlo Verdone, Monica Bellucci, Fiorello, Lino Banfi, Michelle Hunziker, Leonardo Pieraccioni, Pippo Baudo, giusto per nominare i più conosciuti. Carlo Verdone ha rilasciato un’intervista a Cinemotore, dicendo: “E’ veramente allucinante che una persona chiacchieri, chatti, scriva, fingendosi qualcun altro… chi decide di sostituirsi ad un altra persona commette un reato, anche perché ci sono tante persone sprovvedute che accedono ad internet e che possono incappare in personaggi poco seri, non ci dimentichiamo quello che è successo recentemente con il finto aiuto regista di Vanzina”.
Verdone, ha addirittura trovato pagine di un fans club a lui dedicato e da lui creato, che invece sono dei falsi a tutti gli effetti. In totale, almeno tre sono i Carlo Verdone su Facebook che si spacciavano per essere l’attore.
Altro personaggio alquanto clonato è Alessandro Gassman che ha dovuto fare una smentita ufficiale grazie al suo ufficio stampa dove dichiara di stare attenti a truffe e raggiri a sfondo economico e sessuale.
