A Milano, nei giorni scorsi, nel corso dell’evento Internet Motors, è stata presentata l’analisi di Blogmeter basata su una ricerca quanti-qualitativa delle conversazioni in rete da cui ne è emersa una verità che da diversi mesi a questa parte non era poi così estranea ai più acuti osservatori ed appassionati utilizzatori dei social network.

I grandi marchi automobilistici sono anche dei forti social brand per cui le relative menzioni sempre più ricorrenti in rete e l’avanzato livello di viral marketin applicato a tali marchi fanno delle auto un strumento a carattere prettamente sociale.

Dall’analisi di Blogmeter ne è quindi emerso che FIAT, in tal senso, occupa un’ottima posizione risultando il primo brand automobilistico in assoluto su Twitter.

In questo caso specifico le ragioni in base alle quali FIAT si ritrova ad occupare il primo posto in classifica per quanto concerne Twitter sono da ricercare nell’elevato numero di follower, di menzioni e di total impression che sono state generate.

Audi ed Alfa Romeo, invece, sono i primi brand su Facebook con, rispettivamente, 412.272 e 407.810 persone che seguono la pagina.

A seguire, sotto i 400 mila fan, vi sono poi Bmw e Fiat con al quinto posto Abarth, con quasi 330.000 fan, davanti a Citroën, Volkswagen e Ford, tutti sopra quota 200.000.

Delle oltre 815 mila conversazioni online che sono state analizzate complessivamente sull’insieme delle 1089 fonti, il 21,2% ha avuto come oggetto il brand Fiat, il 14% Bmw, l’8,9% Mercedes, l’8,7% Volkswagen, il 7,9% Audi e il 7,6% Alfa Romeo.

I social network, da soli, rappresentano il 41% del totale delle fonti analizzate.

Tuttavia, sempre secondo l’analisi, circa 4 marchi su 32 non hanno ancora una pagina Facebook mentre la metà del numero totale delle case automobilistiche non è presente su Twitter.

I trend possono essere notati in corrispondenza della presentazione ufficiale di nuovi modelli di auto ed in occasione di casi mediatici eccezionali mentre gli argomenti principali sono quelli inerenti il prezzo, il design e le dimensioni delle auto.
