Nel corso delle ultime ore sul blog ufficiale di Twitter è stata annunciata l’introduzione di un’interessante novità che di certo sapranno ben apprezzare tutti gli iscritti al social network cinguettante che si ritrovano, spesso e volentieri, a condividere immagini e video.

Il team di Twitter ha infatti comunicato l’applicazione di alcune piccole novità alla sua interfaccia e, nello specifico, a quella adottata per la visualizzazione dei contenuti multimediali.

Nel caso specifico delle immagini d’ora in avanti cliccando sulle stesse sarà possibile visualizzarne una versione di maggiori dimensioni senza però abbandonare la pagina che si sta esplorando, così com’è anche possibile notare dando uno sguardo allo screenshot illustrativo annesso all’inizio di questo post.

In tal modo la fluidità della navigazione non sarà interrotta e potranno essere visualizzate foto di grandi dimensioni senza dover per forza di cose interrompere la lettura dei contenuti d’interesse e perderne il filo.

Per quanto riguarda i video, invece, il team alle spalle del celebre servizio di microblogging ha fatto sapere che d’ora in avanti la media gallery sarà comprensiva non solo delle immagini twittate ma anche di tutti i vari ed eventuali filmati postati e provenienti da Vine, YouTube, Vimeo e vari altri partner.

I video, inoltre, appariranno nei tweet espansi e, al pari delle immagini, in questo modo sarà possibile riprodurre il filmato senza dover abbandonare la pagina aperta e l’esperienza di navigazione che è stata avviata.

Elementi multimediali a parte Twitter ha anche comunicato di aver apportato una piccola ma interessante modifica alle discussioni applicando una nuova organizzazione in grado di permettere una migliore esplorazione delle concatenazioni più lunge di tweet.

Questo, per essere più precisi, sta a significare che con un semplice scroll del mouse sulla pagina potranno essere aperti un maggior numero di messaggi e sarà possibile leggere un’intera discussione.
