Per quanto attiene al secondo obiettivo, si possono misurare quali sono i sostenitori del brand e tra questi quali funzionano da più influenti. Il terzo obiettivo, invece, afferisce al supporto dato dall’azienda alla propria audience. Per questo diventano importanti indicatori come la Resolution Time, ovvero con quanta velocità è stata soddisfatta la richiesta di un consumatore, oppure la Satisfaction Score, cioè il livello di soddisfazione dei clienti dopo essere stati supportati dal servizio di social care.  Altro punto fondamentale è l’innovazione che deve essere sempre stimolata e le cui idee e tendenze possono essere studiate anch’esse tramite i KPI.
