WhatsApp sta attualmente affrontando un bug molto fastidioso. I partecipanti al gruppo vengono improvvisamente rimossi dalle conversazioni. Fortunatamente, il problema è stato risolto rapidamente. Il problema segnalato anche da diversi utenti italiani nel corso delle ultime ore è presente nelle versioni 2.20.200.7 e 2.20.200.8 di WhatsApp beta. Come si potrà facilmente immaginare, servirà un apposito aggiornamento affinché possa essere archiviato una volta per tutte.

Ogni utente WhatsApp ha uno o più gruppi nel suo elenco di conversazioni. Ora se apri uno di questi gruppi sarai accolto da un messaggio molto fastidioso: “Non puoi inviare messaggi a questo gruppo perché non sei più un membro”. WhatsApp ti ha quindi rimosso dal gruppo senza che te lo chiedesse. Dunque, proviamo a capire come affrontare una situazione del genere, visto che il problema descritto oggi 15 settembre potrebbe presentarsi anche per gli utenti italiani nel corso dei prossimi giorni.

Se vai su “Informazioni sul gruppo” tramite i tre punti in alto a destra, riceverai immediatamente una notifica che sei stato nuovamente aggiunto al gruppo. Secondo la notifica in fondo alla chat, gli altri partecipanti vengono quindi aggiunti di nuovo all’improvviso, mentre erano già presenti. Insomma, un bug abbastanza complesso e difficile da analizzare, anche se alcune informazioni emerse in queste ore ci aiutano quantomeno ad avere le idee più chiare sotto questo punto di vista.

Secondo WABetaInfo, l’installazione della versione 2.20.200.8 è la soluzione, ma quella versione aveva anche a che fare con il problema a proposito del suo editor. Per ora puoi eseguire il trucco sopra riportato per qualsiasi gruppo WhatsApp e attendere un aggiornamento per l’app nel Play Store. Fortunatamente, è un problema facile da risolvere, al punto che l’utente che lo riscontra secondo quanto verificato non è “davvero” buttato fuori dai gruppi su WhatsApp.
