Google e Facebook in lizza per il Web

Il risultato classico della nascita di grandi aziende e di sviluppi costanti nella grande rete di Internet, ha portato negli ultimi tempi ad uno scontro ad armi impari nel complesso aziendale mondiale. Le ultime news parlano sicuramente di due dei maggiori colossi mondiali del Web che si stanno sfidando con nuove funzionalità e rapidità di accessi in contemporanea. Parliamo di Google il main search engine e Facebook il main social network. Interessante è la proposizione fatta da un network come Wired che tenta di esaminare la rappresentazione mediatica ed economica delle due imprese. La battaglia tra i due network, nasce per il fine di un controllo sul futuro di tutta la rete internet intesa sia come utenza, ma anche come struttura. Di sicuro quello che viene considerato in primis è che ormai da più di 10 anni, le query e le ricerche di Google sono davanti agli occhi di tutti gli utenti mondiali di Internet ed hanno reso possibile una ottima validazione dei siti, ma da quando ci ha messo lo zampino Mark Zuckerberg, con il suo The Facebook, considerato “più umano”, un po’ di cose sono cambiate.
Le informazioni reperibili in rete, non sono più semplicemente quelle “fredde” dei media terzi, ma diventano quelle “calde” dei nostri amici, che consigliano, rimandano ed inviano a fare e visitare link. Il modo di navigare nel 2010 è sicuramente cambiato. Partiamo dal presupposto però che in incipit Google e Facebook non erano considerarsi rivali, proprio per la distinzione che abbiamo fatto all’inizio, e cioè che si occupavano di due settori del tutto differenti. Adesso, che Facebook ha annunciato ufficiosamente il lancio di un proprio motore di ricerca, questo ha messo in allerta Google. Il punto adesso è capire la reale potenza del motore di Facebook nel poter raccogliere le news da Internet e soprattutto smistarle in maniera semplice quanto utile (come Google) sul Web. I due volti della medaglia vogliono che Facebook sia divertente ma fondamentalmente inutile al raggiungimento di questo obiettivo, mentre Google è l’esatto contrario. Staremo a vedere questa guerra su quale piano si baserà.

  23. Have you ever thought about adding a little bit more than just your articles? I mean, what you say is important and everything. But think about if you added some great images or videos to give your posts more, “pop”! Your content is excellent but with pics and clips, this blog could definitely be one of the most beneficial in its field. Superb blog!
