Emoji su Twitter, attivato il supporto via web

Mediante la pubblicazione, avvenuta nel corso delle ultime ore, di un apposito tweet il team del social network dell’uccellino azzurro ha provveduto ad annunciare ai suoi utenti l’introduzione di una grande e tanto attesa novità: la possibilità di visualizzare le emoji twittate da mobile anche da coloro che accedono a Twitter da web.

Sino a poche ore addietro, infatti, tutti i tweet contenenti emoji che venivano postati dagli utenti utilizzando le app mobile di Twitter non risultavano ben visibili dalla versione per browser web del social network e nella maggior parte dei casi venivano sostituite da fastidiosi rettangoli vuoti.

A partire da questo momento, invece, il fastidioso problema della mancata o non corretta visualizzazione che tutti riscontravano quando andavano a visualizzare da web un tweet pubblicato tramite smartphone o tablet contente le simpatiche faccine impiegate per scambiare stati d’animo e per arricchire i messaggi è stato definitivamente risolto.

La qualità di visualizzazione delle emoji dalla versione web di Twitter risulta però leggermente inferiore rispetto a quella che invece viene restituita utilizzando le applicazioni mobile ufficiali del social network ma è sempre meglio di niente.

Pur essendo ora supportate anche dalla versione web di Twiter è tuttavia opportuno sottolineare il fatto che le emoji non sono ancora visibili nei tweet che vengono incorporati sui siti web. È tuttavia molto probabile che Twitter provveda a risolvere entro breve tempo la problematica.

Inoltre non è ancora del tutto chiaro se le emoticon sono visualizzabili anche tramite Tweetdeck oppure (al momento soltanto alcuni utenti sono in grado di visualizzarle).
