Siete tecnostressati e dipendenti dai Social Network?

Riuscireste a stare un giorno lontano dal vostro SN preferito? Se la risposta è negativa, siete dei tecno-dipendenti. L’ansia e la tensione dell’attaccamento morboso al social network, ha fatto rilevare che l’ormai 95% degli iscritti ai più noti social network, è affetta da tecno-stress.
C’è però chi si è proposto di attuare una soluzione.
La onlus Netdipendenza ha lanciato l’idea della prima Giornata nazionale senza schermi a portata di mano, “per staccare la spina dalla valanga d’informazioni che ogni giorno ci bombardano attraverso computer, cellulari, televisori e gadget digitali”.
La previsione per la data del 21 marzo 2009 ma la presentazione ci sarà oggi 3 dicembre al Business Broadband Forum, kermesse di innovazione tecnologica di Roma.
Oggi, quindi, Enzo Di Frenna presidente di Netdipendenza Onlus e promotore dell’iniziativa, illustrerà il progetto “Oggi mi sconnetto” in una discussione tra Michele Ficara Manganelli presidente di Assodigitale, la psicologa Renata Taddei esperta di videodipendenze, e  la danzaterapeuta Nicla Jane Giorgi.
Di Frenna ha spiegato:”Stiamo raccogliendo adesioni di aziende, associazioni di categoria, utenti web  per trascorrere in primavera una giornata lontano dagli schermi e in difesa della nostra salute. Quando le informazioni sono troppe noi siamo stanchi, tecnostressati, assonnati, deconcentrati. Invitiamo gli info-lavoratori a non subire questa condizione, ma a scegliere il momento in cui sconnettersi dai mezzi di comunicazione e dedicarsi ad attività ricreative”.
Inoltre Netdipendenza ha pubblicato sul proprio sito un vademecum sul come resistere dall’ “attaccare la spina” sino al 21 marzo 2009.
