Le voci vogliono l’acquisizione di SUN da parte di IBM sempre più vicina, questo perchè si parla di una proposta ufficiale con la riduzione della richiesta. Situazione quasi opposta invece quella tra Google e Twitter, che seppur sembrasse cosa fatta, le smentite sono arrivate fino in TV.
L’accordo che vede invece le società di Armonk e Santa Clara, sembrano arrivare dopo il frastico ridimensionamento della richiesta da parte di SUN. Questo perchè, le azioni della società viaggiano in borsa ad un importo di 8,50 dollari e SUN accetterebbe l’offerta già a 9,50 / 10 dollari.
Rimanendo nell’ambito del social networking, possiamo tornare ad occuparci dell’accordo tra il motore di ricerca multiservizi Google ed il più grande servizio di microblogging Twitter. L’interesse da parte di BigG, è aleggiato nell’aria per molto tempo, ma lo scoop-flop di TechCrunch (curato da Michael Arrington) nella notte tra giovedì e venerdì ha stupito tutti.

La scusante da parte di Arrington non è arrivata, bensì è andato oltre nella bufala dichiarando che ad oggi, la cifra in gioco per accaparrarsi Twitter, l’astro nascente di Internet, è di oltre un miliardo di dollari e che anche Microsoft è interessata al prodotto.
