Chi non conosce ancora LinkedIn? Stiamo parlando della rete sociale di professionisti che ad oggi supera i 90 milioni di iscritti nel mondo. In questi giorni, il business social network ha lanciato una nuova versione beta di LinkedIn Today. Cos’è nello specifico? Stiamo parlando di un nuovo prodotto che va a mettere in evidenza i titoli e le news maggiormente condivise dagli utenti professional del social network. Così facendo, il network, offre ai propri iscritti la fruizione di notizie dal mondo del lavoro in modo personalizzato e dedicato soprattutto a chi vuole saperne di più sul proprio settore o su quello di altri.

LinkedIn Today, offre tre possibilità in un’unica soluzione per gli iscritti. La prima è quella di avere un quadro professionale completo delle notizie, la seconda è quella di conoscere i trend di base dei propri contatti per sapere cosa vanno a visitare e di cosa si interessano e terzo, di essere aggiornati sulle risorse e le argomentazioni relative al proprio settore.

Si legge sul comunicato stampa del lancio, firmato da Deep Nishar, Vice Presidente Senior Product and User Experience di LinkedIn, che: “LinkedIn Today offre ai nostri utenti un modo facile e veloce di assimilare le più importanti notizie selezionate dal sapere collettivo di 90 milioni di professionisti…cosa leggono, cosa condividono e cosa dicono. Poter disporre di uno sguardo professionale sulle notizie e sugli approfondimenti non è solo un modo efficiente di raccogliere le informazioni necessarie per il lavoro, ma mette anche a disposizione approfondimenti preziosi per prendere decisioni strategiche per la propria carriera”.

Ad oggi l’unica limitazione è quella che vede gli utenti pronti a seguire le proprie sezioni fino ad un massimo di 22 settori, dove si trovano anche l’onlus, in web, l’informatico e l’immobiliare. Con il prodotto sono state lanciate anche le nuove integrazioni con Twitter e soprattutto le relase mobili per Apple iPhone.
