Internet Community e Fanta Elezioni Comunali

Come ben si sa, le idee più particolari nell’inventarsi lavori “strambi”, nascono molto spesso in quel di Napoli, dove per vivere all’occorrenza ci si improvvisa “posteggiatori di carrelli al supermercato” o cose simili. Una notizia di cronaca che invece riguarda il nostro settore, arriva da Poggiomarino, in provincia di Napoli.

Qui per la prima volta, in prossimità delle elezioni comunali, invece di fare le “primarie” come di consueto, al Sig. Michele Corrado, è venuta l’idea di realizzare sulla community virtuale di Poggiomarino una sorta di fanta elezioni, I 20.856 cittadini di età maggiore ai 18 anni, possono sia iscriversi che votare per candidarsi a fanta Sindaco.

Le elezioni che vivono su un forum, sono partite agli inizi di agosto con le seguenti indicazioni date dall’ideatore: “Lo scopo del ‘Grande gioco della FantAmministrazione’ è eleggere un’ipotetica amministrazione comunale futura del nostro paese. ‘Il grande gioco della FantAmministrazione‘ si snoda in due fasi: la prima fase consiste nel proporre le ‘fantacandidature’. Ognuno potrà proporre un massimo di due nominativi. La seconda fase del gioco consiste invece nelle ‘fantaelezioni'”.

Le votazioni che termineranno il 31 Agosto 2009, hanno visto già molteplici iscritti tra cui dei professori, degli avvocati ed anche l’attuale Sindaco in carica. Terminate le possibili candidature che verranno raccolte dallo stesso Michele Corrado, queste verranno pubblicate in una lista di Fanta candidati che saranno presenti in un sondaggio aperto il primo Settembre, e che terminerà il 10 Settembre del 2009. In questi giorni i cittadini virtuali del forum, potranno scegliere chi votare tra i candidati ed eleggere il Fanta Sindaco. Il rimanente terzo degli esclusi dalla vittoria, saranno destinati a far parte della Fanta Amministrazione Comunale.

Questa iniziativa un po’ particolare, potrebbe essere un valido esempio per dimostrare come è possibile utilizzare Internet (con le adeguate impostazioni e prerogative), come un mezzo di pura democrazia per divenire “realmente” utile ai cittadini più di quello che può esserlo oggi.
