La notizia è curiosa, se pensiamo che Facebook è nato inizialmente proprio per gli studenti universitari. Adesso la Harrisburg University, in Pennsylvania, ha deciso di proibire a tutti gli studenti l’accesso al sito creato da Mark Zuckerberg, per una settimana.

Una scelta che ha suscitato le ire di molti studenti iscritti all’università di Harrisburg, tuttavia dirigenti e insegnanti si giustificano parlando di esperimento sociale.

Il divieto di accedere a Facebook sarebbe una sorta di prova per capire se i ragazzi riescono a conoscersi ed instaurare rapporti anche nella vita reale, senza usare il computer. Successivamente agli studenti sarà chiesto di compilare un questionario, per analizzare il loro comportamento durante la settimana di “blackout” dai social network.

Forse discutibile, ma come esperienza formativa non è affatto male.
