La ricerca da parte di Facebook di nuove forme di guadagno sta spingendo anche Facebook verso la possibilità di adottare un indirizzo web breve, da tenere facilmente in memoria, per i profili personali degli utenti. Ma a differenza di Google Accounts e di Twitter, che offrono un servizio analogo gratis, sembra che Facebook abbia intenzione di agire diversamente.
