Facebook promuove Deals con le sottoscrizioni

Ma adesso sulla pagina di Deals è presente un nuovo tipo di banner che invita gli utenti a sottoscrivere al servizio. Il banner include funzionalità simili al “mi piace” di Facebook. Da oggi, infatti, quando ci si iscrive al programma Deals, sul nostro profilo e sul feed della homepage troveremo un link che reclamizza il servizio, e invita gli amici a iscriversi. In più, con la sottoscrizione, sarà possibile ricevere aggiornamenti locali sulle offerte della tua città.

Le offerte locali, o Local Deals, sono disponibili al momento solo per un numero limitato di città, tutte in territorio americano. Ma si può facilmente supporre che l’iniziativa attirerà l’interesse degli investitori di tutto il mondo, non solo brand famosi, ma anche piccoli esercizi commerciali che vogliono farsi pubblicità su Facebook.

Dopo un inizio un po’ lento, Facebook sembra avere abbracciato una tattica di promozione più aggressiva con Deals, che da una parte mira a sfruttare l’abitudine di pubblicizzare e condividere i contenuti tra amici in comune, e dall’altra vuole coinvolgere anche le piccole imprese.
