Grane legali ancora su Facebook, ma questa volta non è il colpevole diretto per le sue impostazioni tra privacy e dispersione di dati, è stato semplicemente il mezzo del “crimine”. Un crimine quotidianamente molto diffuso nella vita di tutti i giorni, ma non sempre evidenziato come in questo caso: la diffamazione.

Quand’è che la diffamazione fa scattare una denuncia legale? Quando viene fatta pubblicamente, magari alla televisione oppure su un giornale.

Questo dimostra che sempre più le reti sociali, stanno diventando come dei piccoli giornali che smistano informazione su persone, fatti ed avvenimenti e che soprattutto non permettono agli utenti di sbagliare quando si parla troppo degli altri e non di se.
Un caso particolare è avvenuto in Italia negli ultimi giorni ed è quello che ha coinvolto il signor, o meglio, i signori di nome Marco Girardi che risultano essere iscritti al social network. In totale ne sono 67 e tutti sono finiti sotto accusa per diffamazione, con delle chiare allusioni a sfondo sessuale nei confronti di una utente donna che ha sporto immediatamente denuncia alle Autorità a fine estate 2009.

Sembra proprio che la signora sia amica di quasi tutti i Marco Girardi iscritti a Facebook e quindi la questione si è complicata e si dovrà passare per i server di Facebook per scoprire chi ha voluto diffamare la signora. Caso particolare, addirittura è quello che ha coinvolto un Marco Girardi, di professione Guardia Giurata che è iscritto a Facebook sin dall’Aprile del 2009 ed ha portato una serie di prove a suo discapito.

La prova più “schiacciante” è stata quella di stampare tutta la sua cronologia e di dimostrare che non ha mai avuto nessuna richiesta di amicizia da parte di questa signora.
La Procura generale di Roma però non si è fatta scrupoli, ed ha messo sotto indagine penale tutti i 67 Marco Girardi iscritti a Facebook, insieme alla Guardia Giurata. Finchè non si troverà il vero colpevole della diffamazione non si chiuderà definitivamente questa accusa che aleggia sulla testa dei Marco Girardi.

  36. Today, I went to the beach with my kids. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She put the shell to her ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear. She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is entirely off topic but I had to tell someone!
