eC-messenger 5.23 raggiunge i social network

Oggi parliamo di un client di messaggistica e posta che può essere un valido strumento per il marketing basato sul social. La partita nasce da eCircle, che sta cercando di aumentare ancora di più la sua forza come leader mondiale di e-mail marketing avendo lanciato una nuova versione del suo software eC-messenger arrivato alla relase 5.23.
Parliamo di un software che integra in tutt’uno e-mail marketing con social network, mobile device con web analytics. La piattaforma basa la propria popolarità sull’invio di campagne di marketing in multicanale, intesi come SMS, come e-mail e come Fax, e da oggi, integra anche i social network. A partire da ciò, il Managing Director di eCircle Italia, Lars Woessner ha dichiarato che: “L’upgrade di eC-messenger testimonia l’estrema attenzione che riserviamo alle esigenze dei nostri clienti. Di fatto, queste nuove funzionalità sono state introdotte proprio sulla base delle loro specifiche richieste, ma rispecchiano anche i trend attuali di mercato, come quello dei social network, che stanno suscitando sempre maggiore interesse anche da parte del mondo business”.

L’integrazione è sia con Facebook e Twitter con altri social network tipo LinkedIn. Lars Woessner ha continuato dicendo che: “Grazie a questa funzione, che offre agli utenti la possibilità di condividere un messaggio su numerosi social network le aziende ora possono aumentare con facilità la reach e il ROI delle proprie comunicazioni di email marketing“. A dar forza al suo discorso è intervenuto il Senior Sales Director di eCircle Italia, Maurizio Alberti, che fiero dell’integrazione ha spiegato che: “Un utente può oggi iscriversi a newsletter o promozioni semplicemente inviando il proprio indirizzo email via SMS a un numero indicato nella campagna pubblicitaria, direttamente dal punto in cui si trova (negozio, strada, aeroporto, eccetera). Grazie alla nuova funzione Mobile Opt-In l’indirizzo email inviato via SMS viene automaticamente aggiunto come nuovo utente nel database all’interno di eC-messenger, permettendo all’azienda di studiare appropriati messaggio di risposta – ad esempio un welcome message – da inviare in automatico via email a tutti i nuovi utenti“.
