In Giappone Twitter potrebbe essere usato per chiamare i soccorsi

In Giappone si sta pensando di usare Twitter come sostituto del telefono per chiamare i soccorsi e mandare richieste di allarme. Proprio in queste ore i vertici del social network ed i responsabili della Fire and Disaster Management Agency (una sorta di Protezione Civile nipponica) stanno pensando a come muoversi in questo senso.

L’idea sarebbe quella di poter mandare richieste di aiuto al 119 (il “nostro” 118) con un tweet, cosa che potrebbe rivelarsi incredibilmente utile se, malauguratamente, le linee telefoniche dovessero essere inagibili a causa di un disastro naturale, come il terremoto dello scorso anno per esempio. Tramite Wi-Fi inviare un messaggio di soccorso sarebbe questione di pochi secondi e potrebbe salvare molte vite.

Una rivoluzione che presto potrebbe prendere piede nel paese del Sol Levante, in un futuro prossimo magari anche noi europei useremo Twitter per chiamare i soccorsi al posto del “vecchio” telefono.

    Do you ever run into any browser compatibility issues?
    A handful of my blog audience have complained about
    my website not operating correctly in Explorer but looks great in Opera.

  23. Hey, I think your blog might be having browser compatibility issues.
    When I look at your blog in Chrome, it looks fine but when opening in Internet Explorer, it has some overlapping.
