I social network, offrono l’opportunità di importare i propri contatti dalle chat o dai contatti che si usano nei CS (communication system). Questa possibilità, è offerta sotto la maschera dell’allargare la rete sociale a favore dell’utente, ma è in realtà una possibilità maggiore da parte dei detentori del social network di fidelizzare un numero maggiore di utenti per la propria rete.
Gli utenti avendo una fiducia di base nei confronti di chi invia l’invito, sono disposti ad effettuare l’iscrizione al sito senza avere tanti dubbi (paura del pagamento, truffa, ecc.).
Una funzione molto interessante è quella dell’aggiunta agli amici dei contatti già iscritti. Questa funzione molto comoda evita di ricercare manualmente gli amici che eventualmente hanno usato un nickname diverso.

Lavoriamo un po’ su Badoo e vediamo come importare i nostri contatti da MSN, Gmail, Yahoo, ecc.:

Per prima cosa cliccare in alto a sinistra sulla scritta “Badoo”
Click su “Novità dalla gente che conosci”

Nel caso in cui già avessimo aggiunti amici, li troveremo in lista altrimenti ci apparirà la scritta “Non hai alcuna connessione per ora.”

Click su “Chi conosci qui? Dai un’occhiata…”
A tal punto basterà inserire il tuo indirizzo e-mail con la password collegata per ottenere l’aggiunta degli amici già iscritti al network ed eventualmente inviare gli inviti di iscrizione agli amici non iscritti.
