Il nome che veniva utilizzato sul social network era ovviamente fasullo, ma erano pesanti le accuse degli allievi sui metodi educativi ed i modi di comportarsi durante la lezione in classe. Stiamo parlando di un docente di uno dei licei più noti di Milano che ha sporto una denuncia per diffamazione, querelando i ragazzi. Il professore però è stato contraddetto dalla Procura dei Minori nell’Istanza di archiviazione, perchè si è deciso di aprire un’inchiesta imputando la sua preoccupazione di far valere la propria autorità prima di essere un buon educatore. La vicenda nasce nella metà di Ottobre 2008, quando uno studente quindicenne, crea un gruppo di discussione tra i compagni di classe, tal da condividere le critiche sui comportamenti di questo insegnante di lingua inglese e soprattutto smistare tutte le frasi che giravano su di lui in Istituto.

Il controllo del gruppo però, gli sfugge di mano e su Facebook in bacheca cominciano ad apparire messaggi tipo: “Una persona che ha fatto soffrire 1.000 persone per le sue follie di classe” o addirittura “Il sosia di Fabrizio Corona ha iniziato ad infettare un altro liceo“.

Non si fermano le accuse di tanti ragazzi che si lamentano delle sue chiacchierate al telefono durante le lezioni, dei saluti ai militari in parata dalla finestra, oppure, di quando in vacanza studio all’aereoporto ha lasciato incustoditi tutti i suoi studenti. Il professore, alla scoperta del gruppo, si è sentito offeso ed ha chiesto un risarcimento danni ai tre ragazzi autori delle frasi in questione. La famiglia di un ragazzo versa 5.000 euro per il silenzio, mentre i genitori degli altri due (a cui il rimborso richiesto era di 25.000 euro), decidono di far procedere il professore a querela. Nonostante che i ragazzi avessero fatto scuse pubbliche al consiglio di classe e dopo una sospensione, al professore non sono bastate, ed allora arrivati in Tribunale, il Magistrato ha dichiarato che il professore: “cegliendo la strada della punizione e del risarcimento (che per altro colpisce i genitori e non i ragazzi) abbia perso la preziosa occasione di mettere in pratica l’educazione verso se stesso e verso gli studenti. Invece di muovere dalle critiche per ricercare un chiarimento con gli studenti per comprendere le ragioni dell’ostilità manifestata dai ragazzi, insomma invece di dialogare e di svolgere il suo compito pedagogico, si è preoccupato di salvare la propria reputazione e di far valere la propria autorità”.
