Come usare Pinterest

Pinterest è una lavagna virtuale dove è possibile appiccicare immagini e video che possono essere di ispirazione anche ad altri utenti. Pinterest è aperto solo agli utenti invitati. Ma si può richiedere un invito collegandosi a www.pinterest.com. Di solito ci vogliono un paio di giorni prima di ottenere un account.

Usare Pinterest è semplice e soprattutto divertente, ma se sei all’inizio, questa breve guida può esserti utile per capire proprio tutto di questo nuovo social network, parola per parola.

Pin, Repin e Board.
Una pin è un’immagine o un video che hai aggiunto su Pinterest. L’immagine può essere caricata direttamente sul social oppure linkata da un altro sito Web. Se l’immagine è stata aggiunta da un altro utente Pinterest, è possibile fare il repin dell’immagine per ripubblicarla nella tua lavagna, qui chiamata board. La board può essere suddivisa in altre board per catalogare le immagini secondo i più svariati argomenti. Per facilitare la suddivisione è possibile aggiungere alle immagini una didascalia.

Follow.
Come con Twitter, su Pinterest puoi seguire gli utenti che ritieni più interessanti. Nel caso un utente abbia più board, si può scegliere se seguirle tutte o limitare il follow a una singola lavagna virtuale. In più, connettendo Pinterest a Facebook è possibile sapere quanti amici FB ci sono su Pinterest.

Search Bar.
Il modo più rapido per trovare quello di cui ha bisogno è usare la barra di ricerca di Pinterest. Per esempio se non sai cosa indossare il giorno del matrimonio, inserisci “abiti da sposa” oppure “wedding dress” nella search bar e sfoglia i risultati.

Bookmarklet.
Per aggiungere le immagini dal web mentre stai navigando puoi usare un bookmarklet che trovi alla pagina goodies. Per installarlo è sufficiente trascinare il pulsante “Pin it” sulla barra dei segnalibri.
