E’ stato aggiornato da pochi giorni il client ufficiale di Twitter per la piattaforma Android. Qualche giorno fa è toccato all’applicazione per smartphone BlackBerry, mentre pochi mesi fa è stato rilasciato il client per iPad. adesso anche i possessori di uno smartphone basato su Google Android potranno usare Twitter in mobilità in maniera ancora più comoda e pratica.

L’aggiornamento è disponibile gratuitamente per tutti, tramite la comoda funzione di update automatico per i possessori di una vecchia versione. Gli altri invece potranno scaricare il client Twitter Android 1.04 accedendo ad Android Market direttamente dal telefono cellulare.

Questa nuova versione del client di Twitter per Android può contare su un gran numero di migliorie. L’interfaccia ad esempio è stata totalmente ridisegnata, per venire incontro a tutti gli utenti che chiedevano un sistema di controllo più accessibile e comprensibile anche dai neofiti.

Sono spariti gli effetti speciali e le icone inutili. Tutte le funzioni sono raccolte nella schermata principale, accessibili tramite icone ben visibili. La completa traduzione in italiano inoltre aiuta a comprendere meglio le varie opzioni.

Il client Android è in assoluto uno dei migliori in ambiente mobile, personalmente lo preferisco sia a quello per iPhone/iPad che a quello per BlackBerry (anche se ultimamente quest’ultimo è molto migliorato).

Se possede uno smartphone con il sistema operativo Android vi consigliamo di scaricare assolutamente questa applicazione. L’accesso a Twitter è reso più immediato e tutte le funzioni sono a portata di mano, senza bisogno di litigare con il browser del telefono, che spesso fa le bizze e non visualizza tutti gli aggiornamenti del noto sito di microblogging.
