Suora nella vita…ma non su Facebook

Un caso curioso che sicuramente porterà alla mobilitazione di qualche nuovo esperto legale per risolvere la controversia, quello che in questi giorni sta facendo salire le visite all’album fotografico di un utente di Facebook. Ma partiamo dal principio. La storia di cui parliamo, vede coninvolta una ragazza che recentemente aveva preso la decisione di farsi suora, ma ecco che su Facebook, il suo ex fidanzato, decide di farle uno “scherzo” un po’ pesante, pubblicando delle sue foto osè, fatte insieme in Sicilia qualche anno prima durante una vacanza.

Foto che appartengono ad un periodo in cui la giovane non era intenzionata ad andarsi a chiudere in un chiostro.
Fatto sta, che questo album, diventato noto al web, è capitato sotto l’osservazione di una amica della suora novizia su Facebook, che ancora era in contatto con l’ex fidanzato della aspirante suora. Una volta comunicata questa cosa alla ragazza, ecco che è nata la questione legale tra i due ex.

In primis, la suora novizia, ragazza di 31 anni, di origini sarde ma con residenza a Torino ha chiesto di togliere immediatamente le foto spinte dal noto social network al suo ex compagno. Al momento della richiesta, il giovane si è rifiutato, facendo appello alla sua libertà di pubblicazione di ciò che vuole, e da li è scattata la denuncia legale. L’avvocato che si sta occupando della questione, per la giovane è Anna Orecchioni di Civitavecchia.
Il ragazzo, romano, sta invece continuando a diffondere con cura queste fotografie, non curandosi del cataclisma legale che si sta generando contro di lui e di tutti gli atti di cui potrebbero incolparlo. Fatto sta che la ragazza sta riscuotendo gran successo perchè sono molti i commenti di Facebook del tipo: “Se tutte le suore fossero così ci sarebbero più preti!”.
La ragazza però non rinnega la sua scelta e dichiara convinta che tra pochi mesi prenderà i voti.
