La presentazione ufficiale da parte di Microsoft, ha fatto gola a tanti utenti che non vedevano l’ora di “mettere le mani” su questo Outlook Social Connector. Ma cos’è in dettaglio? Si tratta di un componente opzionale che si va ad installare sulle suite di Microsoft Office 2003 oppure su Microsoft Office 2007 (sarà già incluso come standard nel pacchetto di Office 2010) per collegare il client di posta elettronica e l’account di social network.

 
Il nostro lettore di posta elettronica, diventa quindi un software molto più completo, permettendoci una costante interazione con i nostri social network, dove come e-mail abbiamo collegato l’account. I vantaggi sono stati resi noti sia per gli utenti che per le aziende.

 
Il modulo funziona automaticamente, occupandosi di recuperare le informazioni dai nostri siti di social activityes distribuendoci anche nuove informazioni sui nostri contatti, non basandosi più solo sul semplice indirizzo e-mail, ma anche con altri dati.

 
Sicuramente interessante è la funzionalità di recupero di indirizzo e-mail di un utente specifico, qualora quest’ultimo vada a cambiare dati.
A giovarne molto da questo add-on è sicuramente il mondo del Business, che vede come canale preferenziale quello del collegamento con LinkedIn che permette di modificare le informazioni direttamente passando per la propria mail box.

I took single in the afternoon when I was perception kinda away — not mournful, barely naughty energy. Almost 30–40 mins later, I felt a suspicion more level.
