Oggi vogliamo parlarvi di una case history presentata dalla società Reputation Manager durante il Salone del Risparmio che si è tenuto dal 18 al 20 Aprile a Milano. Questa ricerca ha approfondito il grado di correlazione esistente fra i social network, Facebook e Twitter in testa, e le decisioni di investimento degli utenti. Vi avevamo già parlato di quanto i social network possano influenzare gli acquisti dei consumatori, ma attraverso questa case history sembra confermato che anche gli utenti che si interessano di investimenti in Borsa utilizzano i social network per sapere dei titoli e degli andamenti del mercato.

 

 

Durante la conferenza “Social Media, Forum e Finanza Pop” l’amministratore delegato di Reputation Manager, Andrea Barchiesi, ha considerato un caso in particolare che è quello di Unicredit Group. Si sono studiate, infatti, le conversazioni online sul titolo Unicredit avvenute negli ultimi tre mesi tra gli utenti del Forum di Finanzaonline. Quest’ultima è la comunità italiana online più famosa tra i professionisti del settore. Infatti, vanta oltre un milione di utenti unici nel mese e circa 144.000 membri del forum.

 

 

La reputazione di un’azienda passa anche attraverso Internet. Diventa, quindi, fondamentale tutto ciò che passa attraverso la Rete, che si tratti di conversazioni in un forum, interventi su blog di settore, commenti sui social network. L’immagine aziendale va curata nei minimi particolari, perché è anche da questa che dipende la formazione della brand reputation online. Finanzaonline ha considerato il cambiamento delle opinioni degli utenti in determinati momenti. Infatti, quando si è verificato un picco di negatività sul titolo Unicredit a gennaio si sono notati commenti negativi, successivamente con l’aumento del capitale e il recupero in borsa anche i commenti degli utenti del forum sono ritornati ad essere positivi nei confronti di Unicredit. Grazie a quest’indagine e all’intervento di numerosi studiosi del settore si è compreso che il rapporto tra media e mercato finanziario è fortissimo. L’uno può influenzare l’altro e viceversa.
