Manager e social network: un rapporto importante

Business world e social network stanno lavorando sempre più di pari passo, fino al punto che gli strumenti on line, stanno diventando uno strumento più che utile, oseremo dire, quasi indispensabile per la realizzazione di nuove strategie di mercato e soprattutto di marketing.
Da un certo punto di vista, possiamo già analizzare quali sono i vantaggi dell’utilizzo del social networking e del blogging da parte dei professionisti di vari settori, nel campo applicativo della comunicazione.

Gli strumenti indispensabili per le Aziende, seppur un tempo sembrino essere stati disprezzati, sembrano essere diventati proprio Facebook, Twitter e LinkedIn. L’accusa che un tempo fu mossa a questi strumenti, era quella di distrarre i dipendenti ed i lavoratori in genere. Ad oggi con una netta inversione di tendenza, sembra invece che i manager ed i dirigenti di Azienda siano più propensi all’utilizzo.

Fa che si siano capiti bene gli utilizzi, fa che anch’essi li usano in prima persona, i manager sono i primi negli ultimi periodi ad utilizzare i social network per guidare i propri lavoratori, oltre che per attuare nuove strategie di marketing.

Le nuove tecnologie del web 2.0, hanno influito molto sul modo di lavorare dei manager, al punto che sono state prese a riferimento come “portatrici di vantaggi” per oltre 50 persone tra le più influenti al mondo della Silicon Valley.

La consapevolezza del professionista sulle potenzialità di uno strumento come Facebook o Twitter, guardato anche con occhi diversi rispetto al classico rapporto con gli amici, fanno si che si aprano nuovi orizzonti di business legati principalmente all’espansione territoriale.

Il mix di globalizzazione, social networking ed anche un po’ di inventiva, può diventare quindi uno strumento di dominio economico assoluto. Basta guardare alcuni casi particolari, come ad esempio, quello dello stesso Mark Zuckerberg, che di sana pianta, sembra essersi “inventato” un lavoro, lasciando a bocca asciutta un magnate come Rupert Murdoch; oppure tante persone che fanno pubblicità attraverso Facebook ed i suoi Adv.
