Farmville per iPhone sarà integrato con Facebook

La notizia era rimbalzata e poi smentita durante gli ultimi mesi, poi alla fine la direzione della Zynga ha diramato il suo comunicato ufficiale: Farmville sbarcherà sull’iPhone della Apple, e sarà integrato con Facebook. In questo modo di giocatori potranno portare ovunque con loro la piccola fattoria virtuale e continuare ad arare i campi anche in spiagia, senza bisogno di accedere al PC.

Sull’applicazione per iPhone per adesso è buio fitto, ma si suppone che avrà un sistema di controllo semplificato in modo da conquistare molti nuovi giocatori, mentre per la gioia dei vecchi appassionati i risultati del gioco verranno integrati con l’app di Facebook, in modo da non perdere coins.

Scaricare l’applicazione Farmville per iPhone avrà un piccolo costo in denaro, circa 99 centesimi di dollaro. Un prezzo basso, che moltiplicato però per i 70 milioni di utenti Farmville, porterà alla Zynga un guadagno enorme.

Questa mossa probabilmente si rivelerà decisiva nell’ottica di una più ampia strategia di marketing. Infatti nel mese di maggio la società Zynga ha perso il 10% del suo traffico, ma si suppone che quando il popolare gioco arriverà sull’iPhone, questo deficit verrà ampiamente sanato.
