Anche Fastweb diventa Social

Dopo Google e Yahoo! che partendo dalla posta elettronica migrano verso il social network, anche Fastweb ha deciso di “superare” la sua vecchia posta elettronica ed ammodernare il suo servizio trasformandolo in social network.

 

 

Il connubbio in effetti sembra funzionare, al punto che la Fastweb Mail ha permesso al provider delle telecomunicazioni di stringere un accordo con la società Critical Path, per produrre un aggiornamento che si adegui ai servizi di messaggistica integrata, oltre al dashboard per la condivisione dello status e la condivisione di file multimediali con i propri contatti digitali.

 
Fastweb diverrà 2.0, secondo quanto detto da Fabrizio Costantini, Marketing Manager del provider di TLC che ha dichiarato: “L’email continua a svolgere un ruolo centrale nelle comunicazioni, soprattutto con lo slancio dei social network in Italia. Abbiamo voluto offrire ai nostri clienti residenziali un servizio facile da usare per semplificare la loro esperienza online per aiutarli a comunicare, informare, condividere e organizzare la loro vita da un unico posto. Inoltre, è importante anche offrire servizi che sono univoci per una telco, come la fornitura di servizi avanzati integrati con la nostra rete, come “Do not disturb”, che consente ai clienti all’interno del portale sociale di creare regole per bloccare le chiamate da un singolo numero, una classe di numeri o dagli operatori di telemarketing“.

 

 
Questo nuovo arrivo, sembra essere strettamente legato al lancio da parte di Fastweb di una serie di servizi relativi alla telefonia mobile che sarebbero disponibili a breve.

  44. After I initially commented I appear to have clicked the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and now whenever a comment is added I recieve 4 emails with the exact same comment. There has to be a way you can remove me from that service? Many thanks.
