Il social network di casa Apple lanciato nella prima settimana di settembre sembra aver subito raccolto un grande successo di pubblico. Sembra però che intorno al nuovo social network della casa di Cupertino, oltre al paio di milioni di utenti (non ancora raggiunti) ma che in pochi giorni sono diventati membri, sia cominciata a girare anche qualche nuvoletta.

La nuova piazza virtuale già sta cominciando a deludere qualcuno e noi di IoChatto, ne riportiamo qualche ipotizzabile causa. Sicuramente, la scelta del catalogo musicale, risultato così povero per gli utenti che si aspettavano una rivoluzione in questo senso, è il primo motivo di abbandono da parte degli stessi. Inoltre la possibilità NON data di condividere i propri brani che stanno al di fuori del catalogo italiano fredda un po’ gli appassionati del settore.
Non mancano le critiche anche alla mancanza di una interazione con gli altri social network della rete, vista ormai come indispensabile per gli utenti del web. Inoltre, per le persone che non “si divertono” tanto con gli aggregatori sociali della rete, l’utilizzo di Ping sembra veramente impossibile e poco intuitivo.
Non si può parlare sicuramente di fallimento del social network di Steve Jobs, ma sicuramente questi accorgimenti farebbero bene al neonato, portando una ventata di nuove opportunità di utenti.
Tra i VIP che risultano iscritti e soprattutto che vincono il palmares di primo artista italiano ad essersi iscritto al social network, troviamo Lorenzo Cherubini, in arte Jovanotti.
