Tra le principali dorsali italiane per le telecomunicazioni c’è Tiscali. Questa azienda, ha presentato per prima in Italia, il progetto per la Social Mail; un progetto che si aggiunge come funzionalità alla web mail di Tiscali e che permette di condividere i messaggi ricevuti nella propria posta elettronica (comprensivi di allegati) su tutti i social network collegati.

Tiscali, per ampliare gli orizzonti e le prospettive della propria community nel mondo del Web 2.0, ha aggiunta questa funzione che vuole dare un senso di integrazione totale agli utenti della propria Web Mail.

Con questa funzione, il click sul tasto “Share”, permetterà di inviare il contenuto nella propria home page di profilo, per i social network collegati all’account.
In dettaglio, tra i principali social network collegati a Tiscali Mail troviamo Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, MySpace, Delicius, Hi5 ed altri minori. Alla pubblicazione di un messaggio di posta elettronica sul social network, questo verrà automaticamente copiato nella cartella di gestione “Posta condivisa“. L’utente potrà rimanere li un messaggio oppure decidere di cancellarlo in qualsiasi momento con un semplice click.

E la privacy? Ebbene, Tiscali Italia ha pensato anche a questo, infatti tra i dati che non vengono mai condivisi ci sono quelli di A, Da e Cc. Ovviamente è proposta anche la scelta di pubblicare solo una parte del messaggio e non tutto. Per questo motivo è possibile effettuare le modifiche in ogni parte del messaggio intesa come oggetto, corpo ed allegati.
Staremo a vedere l’utilizzo della nuova funzionalità per riuscire a comprendere se Tiscali riuscirà a rimanere pioniera anche negli sviluppi della Internet Application, oppure qualcun altro soffierà l’idea.

Queste opzioni che vediamo in Tiscali Mail, sono definite importanti dal punto di vista di una Web Mail, ma sono delle possibilità che nei prossimi software di gestione della posta elettronica, verranno integrati nel motore di utilizzo. Se ne parla già da tempo infatti per il prossimo Microsoft Outlook e la nuova relase di Thunderbird.

  31. I don’t know if it’s just me or if everybody else experiencing issues with your site. It appears as though some of the written text on your content are running off the screen.
