Pet Society, attenzione alle truffe su Facebook

Gli utenti del forum della Playfish, la compagnia che su Facebook gestisce Pet Society, mettono in guardia gli iscritti a questo popolare social game dal pericolo spam, che stavolta riguarda un caso tutto italiano.

L’avviso riguarda infatti il gruppo “Pet Society Italia” un gruppo dedicato a tutti i giocatori italiani di Pet Society che vogliono aumentare le loro pet-amicizie ed effettuare scambi. Il gruppo è stato fondato da Paolo Valle, che in passato dichiarava di lavorare per la Playfish e di avere grazie a ciò il privilegio di coins illimitati e oggetti in anteprima non ancora usciti nel negozio. Proprio in virtù di questi privilegi, Paolo Valle promuoveva lo scambio di oggetti rari.

Se siete iscritti a questo gruppo, e avete ricevuto da Pet Society Italia una mail in cui vi vengono promessi oggetti rari, punti esperienza (paw points) o la possibilità di guadagnare molte monete partecipando a contest o lotterie, non cascateci. Si tratta di un tentativo di spam, o peggio di una truffa che mira a privarvi degli oggetti più preziosi (vestiti o mobili) che appartengono al vostro Pet.

La Playfish non cede e non ha ceduto alcun credito illimitato, o soldi, nemmeno oggetti a nessun utente e nessun moderatore, amministratore, organizzatore e quant’altro, come dichiarato dallo stesso Mark Bendon, fondatore della Playfish, che è stato contattato in seguito alle numerose polemiche che hanno investito il gruppo italiano.

Al momento, il nome di Paolo Valle non risulta tra gli amministratori di Pet Society Italia, eppure questo ambiguo personaggio continua a “spammare” e maltrattare molti utenti di Facebook e di Pet Society con l’ausilio di doppi account, tra cui quello di Paolo Vallettopoli.
