Modena: Offendono una compagna su Facebook e vengono sospesi

Offendere una persona su Facebook potrebbe essere rischioso. E’ partita da Modena, la lotta del Preside dell‘Istituto Superiore Fanti di Carpi (Modena) contro quattro ragazzi che hanno offeso una compagna di classe pubblicamente su Facebook. I 5 giorni di sospensione, sono stati pochi secondo le persone che hanno definito l’atto come una violazione pesante della privaci della ragazza attuata con parole offensive e di poco gusto.
La scoperta fatta da un professore dello stesso Istituto, è stata portata in aula il giorno dopo quando i quattro convocati nell’ufficio del Preside Gian Michele Spaggiari, sono stati puniti. Spaggiari ha dichiarato che: “Davanti a un episodio del genere, che riguarda a tutti gli effetti la scuola, non potevamo fingere l’indifferenza. Abbiamo ritenuto importante lanciare un messaggio educativo forte: i ragazzi entrando a scuola accettano delle regole basate sui valori e sul rispetto reciproco. Il loro comportamento è stato di segno opposto, lo abbiamo punito anche se abbiamo lasciato aperta la strada ad un ravvedimento”.
La punizione non avrà delle ripercussioni, per ora, sul voto in condotta dei quattro ragazzi perchè “vogliamo far capire loro che l’errore è stato usare impropriamente un mezzo che per la sua visibilità è paragonabile a un media», essendo giustificato quindi come un peccato di leggerezza. Ma Spaggiari continua dicendo: “La ragazza avrebbe potuto, a ragione, sporgere denuncia per le offese ricevute. Non lo ha fatto solo perché i compagni le hanno chiesto scusa e hanno eliminato, sotto nostra indicazione, qualsiasi traccia dei commenti da Facebook. Ci siamo accorti che su YouTube girano diversi video amatoriali registrati nelle aule, in orario scolastico. Evidentemente gli studenti hanno approfittato dell’assenza degli insegnanti per girare i filmati. Fortunatamente si tratta solo di scene goliardiche, ma sono comunque dannose per l’immagine della scuola. Prenderemo anche per questo provvedimenti disciplinari”.
