Facebook: profilo aziendale già presente? Ecco come comportarsi

Volete creare un profilo aziendale della vostra impresa su Facebook ma avete notate che qualcuno lo ha già fatto prima di voi? Come comportarsi in questa occasione? E’ stata la stessa domanda che si sono posti i dirigenti della Coca Cola quando hanno visto che su Facebook esisteva già un loro profilo. Chi l’aveva creato? Due fan dell’omonima bibita residenti a Los Angeles: Dusty Sorg e Michael Jedrzejewski. I dirigenti hanno preso contatto con i due e hanno offerto loro di diventare loro partner nel gestire questa pagina che ha riscosso notevole riscontro, si parla di 3.300.000 di iscritti, il secondo profilo più popolare su facebook dopo quello di Obama. Ovviamente questa situazione può capitare a tutti, come comportarsi allora?Molte sono le opzioni a vostra disposizione:

  • Chiedete a Facebook di trasferire il controllo della pagina a voi. La maggior parte dei brand manager che intendono investire sul social network attivamente desidera controllare il profilo aziendale della propria azienda. In queste situazioni Facebook tutela i legittimi proprietari di una attività e, una volta riconosciuta la vostra identità, possono darvi le chiavi della pagina già creata senza nè si e nè ma da parte degli iniziali creatori;
  • Chiedere direttamente ai proprietari del profilo di trasfere il controllo a voi. Una situazione più calma e pacifica che può avere ottimi riscontri. Ovviamente per mettervi in contatto con loro dovrete per forza rilasciare un commento sul loro (e futuro vostro) spazio richiedendo di contattarvi. Difatti Facebook non esibisce i dati personali dei creatori di tale profilo.
  • Chiedere ai proprietari del profilo di condividere con voi il controllo. Ciò lo potete fare quando esso ha una forte community alle spalle con tante persone iscritte. Perchè creare danni ad una ottima attività di pubblicità già avviata? Meglio mettersi in contatto e cercare di far progredire la propaganda insieme, proprio come nel caso della Coca Cola;
  • Richiedere a Facebook la rimozione forzata del profilo aziendale. Attenzione però al riscontro che si avrà con i numerosi utenti iscritti come fan;
  • Lasciare che esista il già presente profilo, richiedere che sia catalogato come non ufficiale e crearne invece uno marchiato e sottoscritto “Ufficiale”.
