Facebook, Messenger ora supporta PayPal

Nel corso delle ultime ore il team di Facebook ha annunciato di aver introdotto ufficialmente il supporto a PayPal per Messenger. A partire da questo momento, gli utenti potranno quindi utilizzare PayPal per le loro transazioni direttamente dal servizio di messaggistica celebre social network.

Messenger ha anche aggiunto la funzione che permetterà di ricevere le notifiche per tutte le recenti transazioni effettuate attraverso PayPal in modo tale da andare a facilitare ulteriormente la vita degli utenti.

Nel dettaglio, grazie a questa nuova funzionalità, gli utenti potranno utilizzare uno dei servizi di pagamento sul Web più apprezzati di sempre per le loro transazioni. In tal modo, è bene terno presente, Facebook potrà migliorare anche l’appeal e la sicurezza della piattaforma di pagamenti di Messenger. PayPal, invece, andrà ad ampliare i suo servizi in un momento dove i principali competitors nel segmento dei pagamenti online, si fanno sempre più forti e competitivi.

Facebook ha inoltre dichiarato che sta lavorando con altri operatori del settore, tra cui Stripe, Visa, MasterCard e American Express per migliorare la piattaforma di pagamenti di Messenger. In precedenza, attraverso Messenger le transazioni erano possibili solamente utilizzando le normali carta di credito.

Da notare che la nuova funzionalità di pagamento è attualmente in distribuzione ma solamente per gli utenti americani. Del resto, la possibilità di pagare attraverso Messenger non è ancora una funzione presente in tutto il mondo. Per il momento non è ancora dato sapere se e quando la funzione verrà resa disponibile anche per tutti gli altri utenti.

  31. When I originally commented I appear to have clicked the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and now whenever a comment is added I recieve 4 emails with the exact same comment. Is there a means you can remove me from that service? Appreciate it.
