Daniela Martani: dal Grande Fratello all’attacco di Facebook

Dopo essersi battuta per i lavoratori dell’Alitalia, ed aver partecipato al noto reality show Grande Fratello, Daniela Martani, hostess, ha intrapreso una battaglia personale nei confronti di Facebook. Prima di tutto l’attacco ai gruppi ritenuti diffamatori nei suoi confronti e soprattutto molto offensivi, adesso, l’individuazione di alcuni dei responsabili di certe frasi e dichiarazioni che la Martani ha contestato accesamente: “Sono stata insultata e gravemente diffamata, ora voglio giustizia“. Con queste parole, la Martani, ha presentato un esposto alla Polizia Postale di Roma, per ottenere l’immediata cancellazione da Facebook di alcuni commenti pesanti ritenuti offensivi e diffamatori e soprattutto per reperire gli IP dei responsabili. L’hostess del Grande Fratello ha dichiarato che: “È accaduto all’uscita dalla casa del Grande Fratello. Uso Facebook quotidianamente e mi sono accorta che si erano creati dei gruppi di utenti che mi insultavano con parolacce irripetibili. Non è giusto e quindi ho deciso di reagire. Ho sempre tollerato le critiche di chi mi dice, su Facebook, di andare a lavorare o altro e non mi ama. Ma incassare insulti e diffamazioni è un danno grave, sopratutto per chi sta iniziando a vivere di spettacolo”. Ad oggi su Facebook oltre 80 sono i gruppi dove si parla di Daniela Martani di cui un buon 70% sono grutti di fans della giovane, ma non mancano una serie di gruppi molto offensivi e che smistano messaggi denigratori sull’ex concorrente della casa più famosa d’Italia.
Secondo le prime dichiarazioni del legale di Daniela, Antonio Polimeni, già Facebook si sarebbe occupato della rimozione di alcuni contenuti offensivi, anche se l’iter burocratico non fa in tempo a far rimuovere un gruppo che immediatamente ne sorgono altri due. Il legale ha anche dichiarato che stanno cercando di risalire agli autori dei singoli messaggi per identificare i malfattori. Polimeni continua dicendo: “Facebook potrebbe dare alla polizia gli indirizzi IP degli utenti per risalire alle persone in carne e ossa. Cosa difficile perché Facebook è un’azienda californiana e per ottenere i dati necessari per procedere, occorre una rogatoria internazionale richiesta dall’autorità giudiziaria italiana. D’altra parte, il reato di diffamazione è una cosa seria e la legge per tutelare i diffamati esiste. L’esposto che abbiamo presentato è lecito, ora bisogna applicare la legge”.
Sicuramente oltre il caso della Martani, tanti altri sono quelli dei personaggi famosi perseguitati on-line da “odiatori professionisti”, ma probabilmente è il rovescio della medaglia della popolarità.
