Ancora Twitter vs Courtney Love

Sembra proprio che gli artisti non vogliano imparare dalle lezioni precedenti. Oggi parliamo nuovamente del rapporto tra Courtney Love ed il microblog Twitter, che non sempre è stato idilliaco.

Già nel gennaio dello scorso anno, la Love, era finita dinnanzi ai giudici per avere affermato delle forti dichiarazioni su  uno stilista, e che non erano piaciute allo stesso…sempre attraverso Twitter.

La fine di questa storia, è stata, che Courtney Love ha dovuto versare una cifra profumata per lo stesso e soprattutto una brutta figura incassata.
Attualmente, la situazione si ripete, anche perché la Love si trova nuovamente dinnanzi ai giudici, ma questa volta contro uno studio legale. Infatti, sembra che il suo vecchio studio legale di fiducia, abbia accusato l’artista di diffamazione sul social network Twitter…per la seconda volta.

Lo studio legale di cui si parla è il Gordon & Holmes di San Diego, che era stato assunto nel 2009, per rappresentare la cantante in un caso di frode, relativo ad una eredità lasciata da Kurt Cobain. Ovviamente in quella sede, tante sono state le condizioni imposte dallo studio legale prima di poter assumere questo incarico, ma soprattutto ce n’era una discriminante che è quella legata alla vita della cantante, ed al fatto che dovesse “astenersi dall’abuso di sostanze almeno per il periodo della relazione tra cliente e avvocati”.

Questa clausola, è quella che non è stata rispettata sin dall’inizio e dopo tante tensioni ha portato alla rottura definitiva tra Gordon & Holmes e la Courtney Love.

Grazie ad alcuni parenti della stessa, si era tornati allo studio legale, cercando di sistemare le cose e far riprendere l’incarico agli stessi professionisti che già conoscevano i precedenti. Ma gli Avvocati, non ne hanno voluto saper nulla, e la Love si è sfogata su Twitter e subito dopo in un intervista. Ed ecco che c’è una nuova causa per diffamazione su Twitter.

    saying your content isn’t solid., but what if you added something to maybe get

    is kinda vanilla. You should look at Yahoo’s home page and note how they create post headlines to get people to click.
    You might add a related video or a related pic or two to grab people interested
    about everything’ve written. In my opinion, it would
    make your blog a little livelier.
