Il caso Berlusconi, sembra aver fatto si che politici e “disturbatori mediatici” cominciassero a farsi sentire sui mezzi di comunicazione per esprimere la loro, a partire dal semplice utilizzo dei social network. Facebook e tutti gli altri, infatti, subito il dopo-Tartaglia, sono stati messi sotto accusa da parte di molti politici e molti sostenitori delle “starlette della politica“.

 
Finchè si parla di lottare contro la violenza, tutto è lecito, ma quando poi si comincia a parlare di regolamentazioni che andrebbero a bloccare il senso dell’esistere del social network il discorso cambia. Si parla di censure, blocchi, addirittura chiusure. Ma vediamo un attimo in Italia come è stata vissuta la cosa dagli esponenti che hanno parlato di Social network e politica, a seguito del caso Berlusconi in Piazza del Popolo.

 
In primis, troviamo il giudizio di Pierferdinando Casini, che è stato tra i più criticati perchè ha fatto la proposta di dare maggiore ausilio alla Polizia Postale e di attuare determinate azioni nella policy del social network che…già esistono.

 
Poi c’è il caso di Roberto Maroni, che sembra fare una proposta più consona, lontana dalla censura e cioè: “Stiamo pensando a strumenti che permettano alla magistratura di intervenire per decidere se sul web si compie un reato e per rimuovere gli effetti del reato. Oggi la magistratura può trovare il colpevole ma non può intervenire. Quindi stiamo pensando a norme ma non a nuovi reati perché anche sul web la magistratura applichi il codice penale che c’è. Se il Parlamento garantisce una corsia preferenziale non ho alcuna obiezione al disegno di legge che in questo caso potrebbe contenere più misure, mentre un decreto, ogni decreto, deve essere specifico. Penso a un gruppo di lavoro permanente, con Viminale, Sviluppo economico, ma anche operatori e gestori di servizi magari per giungere ad un codice di autodisciplina, come quello per la pubblicità“.

 

Ultima voce che si è dichiarata subito dopo le dichiarazioni di Maroni è stata quella di Franco Bernabè, che vede la rete Internet come: “il regno della libertà e non della costrizione…di conseguenza…costringere la Rete dentro un vincolo di tipo giuridico penso sia una contraddizione in termini, significa non sapere cosa è Internet e cosa è la sua evoluzione“.
