Creiamo le animazioni per il profilo di Facebook e Twitter

Il profilo è il biglietto da visita più significativo per un account di un social network, e sempre più si può capire da quello cosa vogliamo comunicare nella nostra pagina. Le animazioni come avatar per il profilo, sono una delle novità degli utenti del momento, che scelgono di essere “animati” rispetto alla staticità che può sembrar avere il Web. Oggi analizziamo un servizio web che può permetterci di animare la nostra fotografia impostata per il profilo di Twitter o Facebook in maniera del tutto gratuita.
Il servizio si chiama Vanity Vid, ed è molto utilizzato di recente. In primis, andiamo a registrare un nostro breve video, ad esempio con la webcam oppure con un cellulare. L’ideale sarebbe 3 o 4 secondi al massimo. Una volta fatto questo, ci collehiamo al sito di Vanity Vid all’indirizzo http://vanityvid.com e sfogliamo il video dal percorso in cui lo abbiamo salvato sul nostro computer. Una volta scelto, andiamo a farne l’upload e poi direttamente click su Convert per trasformarlo in un video compatibile con il formato immagine del social network (che in questo caso è il noto file .gif).


A fine conversione, andiamo a salvare il nostro video sul PC e torniamo ad agire sui social network. Facciamo il login a Facebook, oppure su Twitter ed andiamo sul nostro profilo. Facciamo click su Cambia immagine del profilo ed andiamo a sfogliare il file adesso creato per realizzare la nostra animazione dell’avatar. Aspettiamo l’upload ed ecco che il gioco è fatto.
Ora abbiamo la nostra immagine del profilo animata per far “schiattare” tutti i nostri amici. Ovviamente sempre per completezza delle informazioni fornite è giusto comunicare la presenza anche di altri servizi on line che si occupano di fare più o meno la stessa funzionalità, e cioè creare profili in gif. Tra i tanti ricordiamo GIF Make e DidalGo.
