E’ nato on-line il nuovo network dell’aria pulita, un portale gratuito con l’accessibilità continua ed aggiornata dei dati sull’inquinamento atmosferico. Si parla di una previsione quotidiana sulla qualità dell’aria degli 8.100 comuni italiani per cinque giorni. Il network visitabile all’indirizzo www.lamiaaria.it, vuole mettersi a disposizione delle istituzioni che si occupano del controllo atmosferico del proprio territorio e delle famiglia che nei week end vogliono selezionare aree salubri lontane dalle grandi aree metropolitane intasate dallo smog. Dal comunicato stampa divulgato per il lancio del sito internet, la società Take Air ha riportato le seguenti aree a disposizione dell’utente:

– le previsioni della qualità dell’aria in Italia ed in Europa
– un notiziario sulla situazione inquinamento
– lettere dagli esperti
– una sezione chiamata “Educaria” che contiene informazione
– ed a breve una chat ed un Social Network chiamato LaMiaAria 2.0 sviluppato interamente da TheBlogTv

Il presidente Attilio Poli ha dichiarato che: “La nostra ambizione è di riuscire a soddisfare il diritto di tutti di conoscere cosa respiriamo, giorno per giorno. La sfida è abbattere le barriere tra i cittadini e l’informazione su un tema che influisce direttamente sulla vita di tutti noi: la qualità dell’aria che respiriamo. Forti di una esperienza consolidata nazionale e internazionale sul tema, abbiamo potuto toccare con mano che molto spesso gli studi e le iniziative sulla qualità dell’aria rimangono esclusi dalla conoscenza del grande pubblico. Certo anche per colpa di noi specialisti, perché, come ha ironicamente sottolineato Lewis Weinstock dell’US EPA (l’agenzia federale statunitense per l’ambiente) nel corso della Conferenza Nazionale sulla Qualità dell’Aria tenutasi a Dallas dal 2 al 5 marzo, ‘Gli esperti della qualità dell’aria non amano il mondo reale, preferiscono parlare di microgrammi su metro cubo e parti per milione’. Con lamiaaria.it – aggiunge ancora Poli – intendiamo colmare questo vuoto mettendo in rete, a disposizione di tutti, uno strumento informativo ricco di contenuti e scientificamente avanzato che, all’insegna della chiarezza, permetta ad ognuno di avere piena consapevolezza dello stato dell’aria nella propria città e di programmare conseguentemente i propri comportamenti. Per raggiungere il nostro obbiettivo abbiamo bisogno anche della partecipazione di tutti”. Da quest’ultimo punto è scaturita la necessità di far realizzare un social network, in modo tale di dare la possibilità agli utenti di tenersi in contatto ed aggiornarsi sullo stato di salute della nostra aria.
